The Company
As a family owned company, Avalon Construction and Development ensures a personal approach to each project. Every client will be contacted by the owner of the company Steve Wright. He personally oversees all aspects of the work to ensure the company's reputation for consistent high quality is upheld.
Projects
Avalon has carried out a wide range of projects from luxury refurbishments and new builds in Central London to conversions and extensions more locally in West Essex. We regularly work alongside Architects and Surveyors to provide a high quality service throughout the project in order to give our clients the best possible experience.
Insurances and Guarantees
Our plumbers are listed on the Gas Safe Register and our Electricians on the NICEIC Register ensuring a fully accredited workforce. All our projects are covered by Public and Employers Liability insurance. All new builds undertaken are covered by the NHBC guarantees.
